4 out of 5 starsThis necklace is cute. Shipping was quicker than expected which is always nice. I guess I was just hoping for a bit of a daintier piece. The letter and chain were a bit chunkier which makes the gold one look a bit more cheap I guess. Otherwise it is mostly as expected.

1 out of 5 starsI never received the item and when I reached out, multiple times, I received no response. I totally understand it’s a month with a big holiday but it was 16 days of no contact. If your shop is closed, mark it that way.
