How To Send Photo For Order personalization
If You are viewing product, You can send your photo through Etsy message ( Etsy chat ), just click “Message Sinther" in this product page, When a prompt box pops up, attach and send your photo.
If In Etsy Messages, click the attach image button on the bottom which says "upload image".
Choose the photo you want to attach and send it.
Follow This Simple Steps:

You can also send me photos using Wetransfer.com or icloud Drive or Google Drive.Then kindly share me the Url.

What Is A High Quality Photo?
The good quality picture given by the customers is the square photo with high-definition portrait/scene in the middle.
The better the Picture resolution, the better effect inside bracelet.
Color photo and close-up photo are recommended.

Damaged/Wrong Items
If the product arrives defective/wrong, we will arrange new replacement and resend it free of charge. Our customer support will be able to assist you, to remade your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back.
