The product overall was great. My only complaint would be that the pictures that were placed on the pillow were slightly faded. Other than that the pillow was in in good condition and the seller did an amazing job, the shipping was very fast and I'm very pleased with the result.

I sent this pillow as a memorial Christmas gift to my step father whom as well as I am are still missing my mom. She passed away this year(2016) in April from colon cancer. I had them put photos of her and ones with them both. He was very grateful and touched by the thoughtfulness behind the gift. I wanted to bring some comfort to him and what is better than a pillow of memories. Great communication with shop owner and shipping is fast. Such an easy purchase.
