If you claim you never received your order and its marked as "Delivered on the tracking information, we will not make any refund. No exceptions.
"Ready To Ship" Ears
Our mission is to make our service and shipment fast, all the ears that are labeled "Ready to Ship" once they are purchased, they'll be sent in a maximum of 3 days after purchase.
Damaged orders
We always package our products carefully and safely. If your item "arrives damaged", send us a picture and we will exchange or refund it. Only applicable 3 days after item has been marked as delivered. No exceptions.
