Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to the nature of selling digital files, refunds and exchanges will not be given once the file has been downloaded. Therefore, REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN if the file has NOT been downloaded and we can verify this through Etsy. Please make sure any questions you may have are answered before completing your purchase.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to look over your image carefully before printing. If you do find an error, we will correct the image free of charge; however, we cannot be held responsible if you send an image to print without checking first, thus incurring costs, and later discover a fault.

Digital Downloads will be available to you as soon as Etsy has processed your payment. This takes about 5 minutes. You will then be able to download your file from "Your Account" (in the top right).

Custom and Personalized Orders will be started once payment is received. The finished item will be delivered to the email you have on file with Etsy, unless you specify otherwise.

Proofs for custom and personalized orders will be sent to you through Etsy Convo within 24-48 hours (M-F) of purchase. Once the proof is approved, we will email the final Hi-Res file.

Up to 2 free proofs allowed on custom orders. Additional revisions may be accessed an additional charge.

If no details are left in your order notes, attempts will be made to contact you via Etsy Conversations and then through your personal email. After 10 days of no contact from you, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

If you do provide details and a proof has been created and sent to you, but after 10 days you have not approved your proof or responded to messages, then the files will be sent to your email without approval and your order will be finalized.

~You may use digital images in your home art and craft projects.
~You may print them as many times as you would like.
~You may not sell any portion of the sheets, in either printed or digital form.
~You may not sell these images as clip art, part of scrapbooking or card making packages.
~You may not claim these images as your own design.
~License to use these images is non-transferable - but referrals are always welcomed.
~I retain copyright for all designs.

After completing your digital order, you’ll see a “View Your Files” link which will lead to your
“Downloads” page. From here, you can immediately download your order.

When checking out as a “Guest” on Etsy, the download link will be sent to the email
associated with your account. From there, you can immediately download your order.
