5 out of 5 starsThis decal was an unexpected yet remarkable discovery on my part. I was 11B10C2 with HHC 1-27th Infantry (Wolfhounds) under the 25th Infantry Division many years ago. In decorating my new Hydro Blue Pearl 2024 Jeep Willys (Blue for the Infantry!), I’m escaping my history of driving “grey man” vehicles by decorating the heck out of “Brinhildr” (Brunhilda). I’ve represented the 27th Infantry Regiment (Wolfhounds) and the 25th ID on my rear window. I’ve found crossed rifles and decals that simply say “INFANTRY”. But I’ve never seen anyone make a “Blue Cord” decal! I suffered an ACL rupture in basic that required surgery and rehab - Army style. I completed that, finished my Infantry training, EARNED my beloved blue cord, and finished my enlistment. I earned it. Why not display it? HOOAH!

TIPS: Our decals can be a bit tricky to apply since they have so much detail in the design.
We suggest firmly pressing out the decal right when you receive it because it can change a bit during transport. Then slowly peel the tape from the backing, the decal should stay adhered to the tape, if it is not, press it back down firmly and try again. It should come off the paper if it is firmly pressed to the tape. Once you have your spot cleaned and ready to apply, press the decal onto the surface, again using a credit card or other device to firmly press and lay out the decal flat against the surface. Then slowly "roll" the tape down and off the decal, it should come off fairly easily at that point.
