I bought this pattern mainly for the blouse, though I hope to make the trousers at some point. It's quite short-waisted so I lengthened it by 1-1/2". Added another button and spaced the buttons out more. Closed the sleeve cuffs with buttons rather than snaps. Left off the front waist tucks. Haven't put shoulder pads in, though I may so the puffed shoulders sit right. No issues other than a bit of a problem with the collar which was user error multiplied by sparse vintage instructions and difficult to interpret diagrams. Would definitely make again. Note - though the illustration shows a notched collar variation, this collar is not included or even referenced in the pattern, must have been the artist's flight of fancy.

The pattern is on a heavy paper which is very nice. I also appreciate the added 5/8" seam allowance.
