I gladly accept cancellations if cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Orders will start to be made after 1 hour.

Returns and exchange details
Please note that the jewelry is handmade for you upon your order and all sales are final.

If you have any problems with your order please contact me on Etsy within 48 hours. I'll try my best to resolve any issues there may be. Please note the following conditions:

~ If a return is issued ~
• The Item(s) must be in its original unworn condition.
• All jewelry must be safely packed in its original packaging and shipped in a box or padded mailer to protect the merchandise.
• Damaged jewelry from return shipping will not be accepted.
• Any jewelry returned in regular envelopes or non padded mailing envelopes will automatically be rejected. These returns are logged and will not be accepted if they are mailed again in different packaging.

WRONG SIZE
If the size you chose does not fit because the length ordered is too short, you can order an extender chain to add 1-3" length. Here is the listing for extenders.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. When an item is returned for whatever reasons we've agreed on, $4.99 is non refundable on free shipping orders. Buyers will also be responsible for return shipping charges.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure your Etsy address at checkout is correct. If the shipping address was incorrect at the time of shipment, please contact USPS with your tracking number. If your package is returned to our studio because of an incorrect address that was provided, we can ship it again upon postage payment.

WEAR AND TEAR
Please be sure to handle your jewelry with care. Materials used and care cards are included with your order. 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chains include polishing cloths.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Since each item is handmade to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production in addition to delivery times. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date in advance or at the time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
First Class International shipping can take approximately 2-8 weeks and will depend on the length of time your local customs office holds all parcels for inspection. International shipping times vary and are only estimates. Before making your purchase, please be aware that your country may charge you a customs fee at the time you receive your parcel. Please note any custom duty and tax are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered in your shipping costs. In addition, international shipments will NOT be marked as gifts and will NOT be undervalued.
