Yes, in most cases. We can generally make any of your lights in brass, silver, copper, black, or white. Send me a message with the light you would like in a different color or finish and I will let you know if that particular light can be customized in the color or finish of your choice.

Because our light are made to order it generally takes 3-5 business days for your item to be shipped out depending on what item you purchase and the number of orders ahead of yours. (Please note: we will ship your item sooner if it is complete).

Time in Transit: Generally, items take 2-4 business days to arrive after leaving the shop. (please note: I can not guarantee shipping time). Please consider Holidays and weekends when calculating delivery times.

I insure all of my packages. If your light arrives broken or damaged, simply take a picture of the item as well as the box it arrived in and send the photos to me. I will work with you to get a new one or fix the one that was shipped to you.

In addition to items arriving damaged I offer a Lifetime warranty on all of my lights. If it breaks I will replace or repair it at no charge to you. Please note: this does not cover glass breakage.

I know it is sometimes hard to visualize a light in your room without having it in your home. If you receive your light and you just don't like it or find it won't work in your home - send me a message and we can work out a return or exchange.

♦What if you have already installed the light and then decide you don't like it? No worries. Send me a message - I am happy to work with you to do a return or exchange.

NOTE: Items must be returned in original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to damages that occur during installation, removal after installation, and or during return shipping. ALSO NOTE: if the fixture is disassembled - NO refund will be given.
