DRYWALL:
Ensure the surface is clean (dust-free), dry, and fully cured (allow newly painted surfaces to outgas for 3 weeks!) Vinyl is compatible with most SMOOTH to semi-smooth, non-porous surfaces (including lightly-textured walls and wallpaper). It works best with semi-gloss/gloss enamel paint.

Vinyl DOES NOT work well with rough, uneven, porous, highly-textured surfaces (such as brick or stucco). Avoid latex paint, matte or flat wall paint (these paints act like dust), "green" paint: zero VOC, VOC-free, or paint with stain blocking or anti-graffiti (these paints have additives that release vinyl from wall.)

GLASS (mirrors, windows): ZERO compatibility issues!

METAL: GREAT on smooth (non-ridged/non-dimpled), unrusty surfaces.

LAPTOP: GREAT when placed directly onto the laptop surface.

LAPTOP CASES: Varies! Vinyl is GREAT on leather cases. It's NOT compatible with neoprene or fabric-type cases. Plastic cases (silicone, rubberized plastic) are unpredictable: the decal might resist application (requiring more effort to coax it off the transfer tape onto the plastic surface—but once applied, it holds well). CANVAS: Vinyl only works when canvas fibers are sealed with 2+ layers of Mod Podge or acrylic craft paint.

CLEAN: lightly dust or wipe with damp cloth—avoid chemicals, scrubbing, abrasives.

REMOVE - WALL VINYL: To remove, lift the decal's edge, breaking the bond, and peel with fingers. The vinyl is designed to cleanly remove without leaving residue on surfaces in good condition. Although unlikely, applying to a painted surface may require minor paint touch-up.

REMOVE - CAR VINYL: Choose the method suitable for your surface and TEST a small area! Warm with a heat gun (hair dryer may not be hot enough) to loosen the adhesive, then peel. Alternatively, use a decal removal product (Un-Do Remover, Rapid Tac Remover - 4 oz bottle).

ADHESIVE RESIDUE: If there is residue after removing the decal, clean with a citrus-based cleaner (Goo Gone).

DELAYED PACKAGE: If the tracking stalls or exceeds the delivery time (Standard: 10 business days | Upgraded: 4 business days), please contact us. We'll initiate a package search with USPS on your behalf, and keep you informed throughout the process.

LOST PACKAGE: It's rare, but should your package be declared lost (after USPS's 30-day policy), we will replace it. We recognize any frustration, and appreciate your patience. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
