It was such a great experience and I loved my dragon so much that I bought a second one for my work bestie. :) Her delighted reaction when she opened the box made me so happy. (And made me wonder if my dragon needs a friend?) Mallaurie was responsive at every stage and wonderful to throw ideas back and forth with. :)

Pictures don't do it justice, but otherwise it's exactly as pictured. It was shipped promptly and packaged with great care--for which I'm very grateful because the box got damaged during shipment (obviously not the seller's fault), but my whale was unscathed. I love it so much. Thank you!

Can I wash it in the machine?
I highly advise against this, but if you do, body shaping may be needed to get that cuddly shape and polyfil fluff back in order. To obtain optimal form and cuddly awesomeness, I recommend to spot clean as needed with a damp, clean rag.
Are you going to ship my creation in a bag?
Not only is your character handcrafted with care and meticulous love, but I strive to go above and beyond to make your un-boxing experience well worth the wait. Your character is wrapped in cellophane and tissue paper and shipped in a box – not a bag, thus holding its original shape, and avoids getting mushed during the shipping process.
Did your creation get a little rough and tumble, tear or rip?
The best way to repair any rips and tears is with needle and thread. Simply sew the offending area and off you go! Please remember, since my items are handmade in nature - delicate play is recommended. Or send him back to me to fix! For a small fee, I can repair limbs, lost eyes or noses..
