Types of Files We Sell
MabbRose Designs Etsy shop sells 2 different types of printable products which are as follows:
1. Instant Download Files (Sold As Is and are Non-Editable)
2. Templet.com Files- These will have a blue circular “T” logo on all listings. Within 5-15 minutes (sometimes longer during peak business times) after placing an order for a Templett.com file, you'll be sent an email (from Templett.com) with an access link.

Locating Your Templett.com Files
Templett.com files
(These will have a blue circular “T” logo on all listings.)
Within minutes after placing an order for a Templett file, you'll be sent an email (from Templett.com) with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to the order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password.
Please allow up to 15 minutes (sometimes longer during peak times) to receive the access link email.
If you have already purchased a templett product and are wondering where your link is for a new file, you won’t receive one. You can log into your original account you set up and the new file will be there for you.
Authorization of Photo Use
By posting any review photos (thank you!) you are automatically authorizing their use in any listing photo, on other websites, and social media accounts.
Shipping Notifications
Esty only has one shipping notification option. If you see that your items have "shipped" this simply means that I have completed your order and delivered your files via email. This does NOT mean that you will be receiving anything in the mail. We only sell digital items - No physical item will be mailed or shipped to you.
