Wrong Adress
The buyer must provide the accurate address for shipment. After I ship your order, there is nothing I can do to change it. If you won't be able to receive your order due to the wrong address you provided, the refund is impossible.
Packaging
My items come in pouches and wrapped in paper, so this is handy if you need me to send any items directly to the receiver. If you require a gift note, I am more than happy to write one for you!
Care instructions
MACRAME:
Hand wash with soap is recomended for all macrame products. Drying is necessary only horizontally and spinning is prohibited.
To avoid deformation, I recommend dry cleaning with a sticky roller.
RUGS:

- Spin at low speed
- Dry the product on a horizontal surface.
- After drying, the product should be steamed for shape correction, if necessary
