Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. Because each item is handmade and custom-made to order, production begins immediately after purchase. We also submit border taxes and required documentation right away to ensure smooth delivery. For this reason, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges since every item is handmade/customized for each customer.
Exceptions:
• If you received the wrong item, we’ll quickly re-send the correct one at no cost to you.
• If your order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or if the addressee was unavailable, we can re-send it once it is returned — but you will need to cover the return and re-shipping costs.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit, since orders are handled by third-party carriers.
• Orders under $249 may qualify for Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program if deemed eligible by Etsy.
• For orders over $250, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your order is fully covered.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
These fees include:
• Carrier shipping charges
• Packaging and preparation of handmade items
• Tariffs, duties, and broker fees (for U.S. customers)
• Border processing fees (for U.S. customers)
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
• U.S. Customers: No. We prepay all tariffs, duties, broker fees, and border charges. You will not have surprise fees at delivery.
• International Customers: Customs regulations vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties or fees.
How long will my order take?
Production begins right away since each item is handmade. Processing times are listed on each product page. Delivery time varies by destination and may be affected by customs or postal delays, which are outside our control.
