All orders are shipped via Slovak Post with registered priority mail (1.class) for €6.50 Euros ($7.50USD) regardless of volume.

Many of my items are made to order.
IN STOCK ITEMS: shipped 1-2 business days.
ITEMS MADE TO ORDER: shipped 3-5 business days, but sometimes may take longer (1-3 weeks).

~TRACKING~
Once I have finished your ordered item, you will get a notification with a tracking number, but please understand that I can't guarantee that your parcel will be tracked online after leaving Slovakia, itdepends from the services provided from your National post service.

~ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME~

- EU countries: 3-10 business days
- United States: 8 - 20 business days
- Australia : 8 - 25 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

I always do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

The mails sometimes delays, once it has shipped out, I have no control over, so please place your order as early as possible to avoid this disappointment!

PLEASE NOTE: Your package may be subject to the customs fees of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items comes beautifully gift wrapped in a decorative box or organza pouch depending on the item, ready to gift giving. or treating yourself. ♥
The items are shipped safety in bubble mailers and also included a business card.


~ DAMAGES/LOSSES ~

The items are very infrequently lost or damaged during the transit. They sometimes arrive a little late. But if you do experience this, contact me. I will communicate with you about the problem you have experieced and make it right. ♥

All products from Midnight Vision labor are handmade, so please handle with care!
Should not be worn while sleeping, bathing or swimming, also avoid the direct contact with perfume and chemicals.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or high temperature - for this purpose is perfect to store it in box or pouch you've received it in :)
