1. Personal Information collected
To fulfil your order, it is necessary that Etsy provides us with certain information (by ordering anything on this platform, you give Etsy the permission to do so).
This provided information includes your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you are ordering. The information may also include further personal information when it comes to custom orders or customer services messages exchanged.

2. Why we need your information and how we use it
- To manufacture your order to your specifications and deliver it to the given address
- If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by i.e. tax law
- Compliance with Etsy Seller Policiy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use

- Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service Providers. For certain services like logistics, transport and delivery we rely on third party services. Providers may be logistics partners or delivery companies such as Deutsche Post, DHL, USPS and UPS. To ensure a trouble-free delivery we will share your given information with said parties.
