Natasha (MirthandMuse) is a real artist. I feel privileged to have caught her so early in her career. The custom ring she made me is gorgeous, but more than that it is intensely human and personal. It has three inner rings, based on the woman I love and my two children, and each ring has its own visual, its own personality, its own imperfections. Its own humanity. This is not a mass-produced item, or a ring made by someone with so many years of experience that all the rings are perfectly done, perfectly the same, perfectly uninteresting. Natasha took time to discuss with me about the ring, what it meant to me, what I envisioned. I have her human adjectives, and she created texture, thickness, toughness. And then to top it off, she wrote me a sweet handwritten letter explaining her process. I am beyond satisfied.
