Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for non-engraved items - returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us within 30 days of order delivery. For all customized items, unless they are defective or damaged we do not accept returns.
Are you still open and shipping orders?
As of April 2020, we are still currently open and accepting orders.
What's your turnaround time?
Production currently takes between 3-7 days. For personalized orders, we require a buyer design approval prior to creating your product. Shipping takes another 3-5 business days and shipping upgrade is available during check-out.
