Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop. I make industrial themed furniture for the home, office and workshop. Please take a moment to look at my listed items for an idea of what I do. Everything I sell is made to order. Because of that, you should expect it to take several weeks for a product to be built and made ready to ship after you order. The amount of time it takes to build something varies from one product to another and also depends upon how much other work is in the shop at the time. Please refer to the product description for a better estimate on each product and for the best estimate, please send me a message.

When you order something from me, you are commissioning a piece of artwork constructed specifically for you and made to your specifications. Of course, any product I advertise is standardized to a degree. But the fact remains that it is built specifically for the customer that orders it. You are not buying a ready made product that happens to be sitting in inventory. Each piece requires a considerable investment in terms of materials, labor and also the cost of freight. Given the size and weight of most of my products those investments are not trivial. Because of that, I simply cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on an unrestricted basis. I don't like having to put that statement out there in such uncompromising terms but experience has unfortunately made it a necessity. I have run into a situation in which a customer commissioned a custom piece of work. When they received it they just didn't like the way it looked in the room and wanted to return it. A business like Ikea can afford to accommodate that. I cannot. If something is damaged in transit or in some other way defective, I will of course make it right. Everything I ship is insured so that we're both protected. If you are really unhappy with something once you get it, I will work with you to try to find a new home for it. But I can't guarantee that effort will be successful. And given that some of the costs, freight most notably, are not recoverable it is likely that you will not recoup the entire purchase price even if I am able to find a new home for your piece. The bottom line is as follows: I stand behind my work 100% and will take responsibility for defects or damage in transit. But if you've just changed your mind I'll try to help but make no guarantees.
All of my listings include free shipping. For small items I typically use USPS. For medium sized items I typically use UPS. For anything too large for UPS I typically use to hire a private carrier. Sometimes it can take a while to arrange transportation for large items.
