Meine Inspiration....
My inspiration....
Nature is my greatest muse. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I’m surrounded by lush forests, misty coastlines, and ever-changing skies — all of which find their way into my work. I gather inspiration everywhere: on winding hiking trails, during golden sunset hour, while visiting National Parks, traveling, or even through daydreams of places I’ve yet to explore.
My creative practice follows the rhythm of the seasons. In the colder months, I’m drawn to cozy, hands-on crafts like painting, knitting, and needle felting. There’s something grounding about working with texture and color when the world outside is quiet and still. Summer months I am often experimenting with natural dyes for my woolen art and organizing supplies and collecting drift wood and found nature objects to incorporate into my art.
I hope my work brings a little bit peace and wonder into your space.
