1 out of 5 starsI NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM!!! I ordered it as a gender neutral Christmas gift for a baby to be AND IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this seller!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The order was placed two weeks before Christmas and was promptly shipped. A few days before Christmas when it appeared the item wouldn't arrive in time to give as a gift, the customer requested, and was given, a full refund. Unfortunately, items sent internationally by post do sometimes get lost or delayed. I completely understand the frustration. I then reached out to the customer to offer a replacement swaddle sent directly to the guest who had by then travelled back to their hometown.
