Muncle Mike (picture a toddler trying to say “Uncle Mike”) takes store bought die cast toy cars (Hot Wheels, Matchbox, etc.) and makes them better. The perfect gift for the car lover in your life (even if that’s you), Muncle Mike’s custom cars are completely disassembled and hand customized in one or more ways: paint removed and car reassembled as bare metal, paint stripped and hand polished, paint removed and repainted a custom color (often flat black but any color is possible), custom wheels with rubber tires are swapped in, and/or a keychain or Christmas ornament is made. Truly one of a kind cars are also made by adding “patina” or age by hand. Some cars are freshly purchased and multiple are available, and some cars are lost treasures from years past and only one may be on hand. Whatever make/model/year of car you’re looking for, if a diecast car can be found Muncle Mike can customize it to any color of paint that can be bought and put it on a keychain, ornament, or put it in a case for display.
For each custom car sold, one new car will be donated to the Pediatric Oncology Department at Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas to gift to kids receiving treatment. We also accept donations of new or used cars – we may customize a few (donation then matched 2:1) and donate the rest directly to the hospital for the play room.
