5 out of 5 starsI recently started working from home, so I needed something that I could use to let my family know if I was in a meeting / on a call. This thing is adorable, exactly as I ordered, and comes with an option to use a battery pack. With the pack, I was able to mount both pieces to my door with command strips. That way, the door can be open or closed but still give a warning.

They were very quick to make a mock up of the sign and re-made the mock up when I wanted a design change before they started the production. The sign was extremely well packaged for shipping and looks beautiful and exactly as described! We are so happy with our purchase and it made a wonderful gift for my dad for Father's Day!

The seller is responsive and helpful. The shipping was fast and it was packaged securely. The final product is one of the coolest things I have purchased. It's beautifully lit and when I need another one, I'm definitely coming back!!

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
We offer a 12-month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.
WHAT ARE THE NEON SIGNS MADE OF?
Our Neon signs are handcrafted using premium flexible neon LED. This LED is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing can be cut to shape, cut to letter or cut to square.
HOW LONG WILL THE NEON SIGN LAST?
The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly! Especially, our LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.
WHAT IF HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE NEON SIGN?
All of our neon signs come with a 12-month warranty, meaning that if there is a technical problem (lights do not light up, power adapter failure) we will resend you a new one or new adapter depending on the problem. If you have any issues with your sign within 12-months of purchasing, kindly contact us with details of your sign's issues to get the best supporting.
HOW IS MY SIGN PACKED?
The Sign is packed in strong special packaging with plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge protectors & solid cardboard boxing. This is to ensure that our signs to arrive safely to your location. Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We accept claims within 2 days after delivery. Contact us here through message and send us detailed pictures and videos if possible of the breakage, after reviewing and accepting your case we will send you a new spare parts or a new neon sign depending on the damage free of charge.
