Hello!
my name is "Nero" are the creator of all the creations of the "Nero Craft"
to make my models I draw inspiration from nature, with its perfect shape, its harmonious proportions and its natural balance.
is on harmony and balance that I base my life philosophy ..
In my job I hate rules that unbalance the relationship with customers or suppliers, I seek balance and harmony also here.
nevertheless, this work must continue to be a artistic passion, and art takes time and inspiration.
Sometimes I can seem a bit 'slow, but it is only art that requires your time, or the inspiration that does not arrive.
basically the rules that determine the completion time of my works are these:
• We work with made to order items, usually the process take 7 to 15 days but sometimes suppliers take longer to send me a stone and so it may take me a few more days, in that case, if you want, you can cancel the order .
• Each step of the creation (wax - casting - stone setting - finishing and shipping) will be shared, you will always be informed of everything that happens, and I will send you some photos of the creation process if you like :)

Delivery
• We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Italy via Italian postal office by international Air mail.
• We will ship to the address on your Etsy, rather than your PayPal shipping address. So please check your address on Etsy before you pay.
• We process and ship orders from monday to friday and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
• Our creations are made to order, so your items will be shipped within 5 working days after the creation process has been completed (usually the creation takes 15 working days)
• We will ship to the address on your Etsy, rather than your PayPal shipping address. So please check your address on Etsy before you pay.
• We process and ship orders from monday to friday and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.

IMPORTANT INFOS
All our work is custom made by hand with Love and Care in our workshop in Rome, Please do not expect it to be perfect. During the crafting process some little imperfections may occur. We don't mind this as it gives the item a handmade, authentic look. These small characteristics are often unnoticed by most...But if you are expecting a perfect item please do not order.
All our models are created with goldsmith wax and then lost-wax casted in the required metal. (more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost-wax_casting)
All the steps leading to the birth of our jewels are preferably performed in our laboratory by me, but some steps can be made in other specialized laboratories in the historic center of Rome by other Italian artisans. This obviously just to get the best possible result.
We photograph our jewelry in natural lighting (4800 k approx) to best show the colors however colors may vary slightly from computer screen to computer screen.
PERSONALIZATION
For personalization Simply make a custom request and we will evaluate the request .
For name or message engraving if provided in the order option, leave a message in the “notes” of the order after placing it :)

Tip for Buyer for the engraving option where provided: There are many types of engraved pieces of jewelry, all our engraving are HANDMADE and deep cut in the metal, it will last for everyday wearing. Be aware that you don't purchase jewelry that is just a print of the handwriting made to look like the engraving on your piece ♥
