Ich bin Jennifer, die Künstlerin hinter jedem einzelnen Stück, das Sie hier finden. North & Lore entstand aus einer lebenslangen Liebe zur Natur und einer Faszination für die kleinen Details, die man leicht übersieht: ein Falter, der unter einem Blatt ruht, eine Wildblume, die durch das Gras wächst, ein Vogel, der ruhig in den Bäumen sitzt.

Ich arbeite hauptsächlich mit Aquarell und Tusche oder digital mit Procreate. Meine handgezeichneten Illustrationen sind von Wildtieren, Pflanzen, Folklore und der Natur inspiriert. Jedes Werk beginnt auf Papier, bevor es zu einem Originalkunstwerk oder digitalen Design wird.

Ich habe North & Lore als Plattform für Kunstwerke geschaffen, die einen Hauch von Verspieltheit und Nostalgie verströmen und die stille Schönheit der Natur widerspiegeln. Meine digitalen Kollektionen richten sich an andere Kreative, Kunsthandwerker und alle, die ihren Projekten mehr Charakter und Magie verleihen möchten.

Von Waldtieren und wilden Pflanzen bis hin zu saisonalen Kollektionen mit einem Hauch von Geheimnis – ich hoffe, jedes Stück vermittelt das Gefühl, eine eigene Geschichte zu erzählen.

I’m Jennifer, the artist behind every piece you find here. North & Lore grew from a lifelong love of nature and a fascination with the small details that are easy to overlook, a moth resting beneath a leaf, a wildflower growing through the grass, a bird perched quietly in the trees.

Working primarily in watercolour and ink, or digital drawing on Procreate. I create hand-drawn illustrations inspired by wildlife, botanicals, folklore, and the natural world. Each piece begins on paper before becoming an original artwork or digital design.

I created North & Lore as a place for artwork that feels a little whimsical, a little nostalgic, and connected to the quiet beauty of nature. My digital collections are made for fellow creatives, makers, and anyone who wants to bring a little more character and wonder into their own projects.

From woodland creatures and wild botanicals to seasonal collections with a touch of mystery, I hope each piece feels like it has a story of its own.
