It was the best gift for my best friend for her birthday! I would say definitely contact the seller if your having any issues and just have some patience and understanding that stuff does happen. There’s a lot of not great reviews here and it made me nervous but I’m so glad I just trusted the process because it was worth it, definitely try and just give them a chance

Very rude shop owner, hard to communicate with, lus i necer even got the costume for my son!! I was called a terrible customer because I said what terrible customer service they have.. highly discourage doing business w these rude ppl. Etsy fixed it tho,even did them a favor and covered the refund! 😂 jus be careful you have been warned!

Great quality. Bought for my niece and she loves it.

The design is really nice. I don’t care for the material of the hoody. But I received my item in a timely manner & the coloring & design was beautiful. Just note that the hoody material is the polyester, shiny material that pulls & beads up really easily. And when you wash it, don’t include colors or towels because it attracts & holds lint from other garments

Took almost a month to get here. The hoodie itself feels like it came from the dollar store. The print is actually so bad that it came partially peeled off when I opened my package. I want a refund. Do not buy this.

Absolutely amazing! Was sent out before Etsy even registered it. Kept getting updates from the shop. I bought it for a friend and she is ecstatic about it how it came out (it’s so soft). Thank you!
