Frequently asked questions
My Package Hasn't Arrived Yet
Please check your tracking information to see the status of your package within the USPS system. If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please call your local USPS office for more information (and be sure to have your tracking number handy!).
If an incorrect address was entered on your order, we will reship the package once it is returned-to-sender. A $5 reshipping fee must be paid before your item is reshipped as the incorrect shipping address was due to customer error.
Response Time
Messages will be answered Monday through Friday. We typically respond within 1 business day, however in times of higher volume it may take us 2 business days to get back to you.
If you have any questions please be sure to send me a message rather than including it as a note in your order, as I’ll see the message much sooner!
