🍑 PROOFS | Here's the skinny.
After you purchase one of our luxurious items & provide all the necessary information before checkout, we’ll begin creating your unique design.
Within 1-2 business (week) days, we’ll send you a digital proof. This preview will give you a concept of what the final product will look like.
Digital proofs are sent via Etsy Conversations. Please check regularly for updates or inquiries from us to ensure your order progresses smoothly. 😊
Due to limitations with digital printing & screen differences, we cannot guarantee that that the colors you see on your screen are exactly what the final product will appear as once received, but please don't hesitate to double check with us if something appears wonky.
🍑 WHAT'S NEXT | Keep things moving.
Once you receive your initial proof, we kindly ask that you review all details for accuracy and request any necessary changes or corrections.
If we do not hear from you within 3 business days of sending your proof, we will follow up with another message. Should we still not receive a response within an additional 3 business days, we will proceed with production. Please note that no changes can be made once production begins. Therefore, we urge you to check your ETSY CONVERSATIONS regularly for our messages to ensure your order is processed to your satisfaction.
🍑 TIMELINES | Where's my stuff?
— GUESTBOOKS/PLANNERS/VOW BOOKS —
For domestic book orders, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks prior to the date you need them delivered. Our typical timeline for books:
‣ Proofing - 1-2 days
‣ Production - 5-7 days
‣ Shipping & Delivery 2-5 days
— RUBBER STAMPS —
For domestic stamp orders, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks prior to the date you need them delivered. Our typical timeline for stamps:
‣ Proofing - 1-2 days
‣ Production - 1-3 days
‣ Shipping & Delivery 3-5 days
— INTERNATIONAL ORDERS —
Please allow an additional 10-14 days for shipping & delivery. Most orders arrive quicker but it's highly variable. We cannot ensure international orders will arrive in a specific or compressed timeframe.
🍑 CHANGES | Keep it simple!
After receiving your digital proof, you can request updates to names, dates, spelling, etc. For additional text or layout changes, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm, as it may affect your delivery date or cost.
— FONTS —
Generally, we do not offer font changes to a purchased design. Ensure you are happy with the fonts shown in the photos before ordering. At our discretion, we may allow font changes if:
‣ You know the exact font name you would like.
‣ It's available on fonts.google.com or fonts.adobe.com
‣ We believe it will print correctly (not guaranteed), and you acknowledge this risk.
— SHIPPING ADDRESS —
‣ Please let us know if you need to update your delivery address for any reason prior to production approval.
🍑 CANCELLATIONS | Things happen, we get it.
If you wish to cancel your order before providing your customization details or before any design work has begun, you will receive a full refund—no questions asked.
If you need to cancel after submitting your details and/or once design work has started (but before final proof approval/printing), there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
If we are unable to accommodate the personalization on a given design, we allow a change to a different design or cancellation & full refund. You may need to re-order in the new design.
👀 Please note that once your design has entered production, we cannot process cancellations or offer refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding!
🍑 SOMETHINGS WRONG | Typos & More
— TYPOS —
Please review your proof very carefully, as we cannot be responsible for any errors or typos that were approved during the proofing process. If you do spot any mistakes & time permits, we can offer a reprint for the material & shipping cost of the new item. Please contact us first.
— SHIPPING ADDRESS —
We will ship your order to the address you entered upon checkout. Please take your time reviewing your address while checking out to ensure delivery to the correct location. We are not responsible for errors in your provided shipping address.
