Max was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when he was just 18 months old, a life-changing event that we will never forget. To start with we really struggled to control his blood sugars giving us many sleepless nights, when Max was 3 we decided the best option for us was to put Max onto an insulin pump.

Can I track my order / Where is my order?
All orders under $10 (before taxes and fees) will NOT come with a tracking number, unless the customer has purchased an upgraded shipping option. According to the USPS, orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days, however due to Covid, there can be delays and we have seen it take up to 3 weeks to receive orders once shipped using the standard shipping option.
