Frequently asked questions
How can I access my digital prints?
Following your purchase, Etsy will email you the information needed to download your digital print files.
If the email is not found, check Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions folders. Add transaction@etsy.com to your contacts.
Alternatively, on your Etsy account, go to 'Your Account', then 'Purchases and Reviews', and click 'Download Files' next to your order. Use this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
Use a computer (not mobile) for downloads because phones are not supported by Etsy for this purpose.
Sizing details
Please refer to each listing for specific sizing details as they vary for each design.
My goal is to provide high-resolution files for each design. If the size you require is not listed, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'll gladly check if there's a file option I can create specifically for you.
Help! What is the best way to print?
Here are 3 ways to get your downloads printed, starting with the best:
1. Use a professional online printing service. We suggest websites like finerworks.com. They are the best at color matching and quality. Print on Matte.
2. Drop by a local copy shop (bring the files on a USB drive). Walgreens, Costco, and Office Depot are good examples.
3. Give your home printer a shot (keep in mind, colors and quality might differ).
For paper, go for sturdy matte paper or cardstock. If you want that vintage look, choose premium archival fine art paper for an authentic vintage aesthetic.
Note colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printer settings. If you want it done right go to finerworks.com or Walgreens is a budget-friendly option.
Do you allow commercial use?
At this time, all PinkSpadesStudio digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not use, share, distribute, alter, or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any manner. Any unauthorized commercial use or editing is copyright infringement.
How do I access my download files if I do not have an Etsy account?
If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, please be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. If you are using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
If you are still having trouble finding your download, please message me!
I am not using the app but still cannot download the files. I get an error message that says "Uh oh! You don't have permission to change or remove this information"
Download errors can also happen if you have multiple Etsy accounts and are logged into a different account from the one you placed an order with. Please make sure to log in to the account that you placed your order with. Feel free to contact me if you continue to have issues.
