1 out of 5 starsI have never purchased a design that took me to another design site. I followed the instructions of what was supposed to be the design to download. I messaged the seller and asked for the png of the file I purchased. They did not respond to me. I will not be a returning customer.

My apologies, I was locked out of my account and couldn't access your request. I design everything through canva and you will need to access designs there. I sent you the official design via inbox.

Hello Kysha. All of my artwork is hand drawn and you will only receive the illustration of the characters. Anything else is a "mock-up" to show you how it will look on a background. This is extremely common for artist and graphic designers to do to show you the image. However, I am extremely nice and understanding that a lot of people don't know this. That is why when someone reaches out, I will go ahead and find that background and send it too. It just takes communication.
