5 out of 5 starsI am so happy with the wreath I purchased. It came on time for Valentines Day which was very important to me. I also love all the little details. The pictures look very nice, but seeing it in person was way beyond my expectations. My friends definitely gave me lots of kudos because of it. All I can is AMAZING!!! The shop has excellent customer service. They were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Very nice and professional. All in all I was very pleased. I will be sure to check them out every now and then to see what’s new. Thank you PixieDesignsUSA!

5 out of 5 starsVendor was wonderful to work with and worked her Christmas magic to get my wreath to me in time for Christmas. Beautifully made wreath and very special care was made in packing for shipping. Received lots of compliments throughout the holidays! Will definitely revisit this shop again.

5 out of 5 starsDelivery was on time and it came in it's own storage package with a fall scent! Just like the picture so no unwanted surprises. Colorful well made craft that I hung using a wreath hook on my front door! Perfect during Thanksgiving. Easy communications via email with Pixie Designs. All questions answered.

5 out of 5 starsBy far the best wreath I've bought thus far. I don't normally do reviews but I just had to. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. I was very happy with the details, very well structured. I just put it up and already have had my neighbors compliment on it. Can't wait to see the reaction when my family comes over for Thanksgiving! I wanted to add that the owner has provided great customer service. She even provided me with a nice thank you note. I thought that was very sweet. Definitely buying again for Christmas. Would highly recommend this shop.

I'd like to customize/personalize my order. Is that possible?
Yes! Just shoot me an email with all the fun details including exact colors that you desire, deadline, and postal code, so I can customize the order to your preference.
What is your shipping method?
All items are shipped via USPS.
I'd like to order a few items or in bulk. What should I do?
If you are ordering more than two items, contact me via email so I can customize your order and provide you with a small discount.
Do you have any further policies on returns/exchanges?
Hand made items are lovely, but may have minor imperfections and may come in a slight difference in shade/tone of color. Unfortunately, I do not issue refunds for minor differences.
I go by the shipping address provided via Etsy.com. Double check your shipping address before placing your order, as I do not issue refunds for this type of error/typo.
If the item you ordered is lost, stolen, or undeliverable, I unfortunately am not responsible.
If you have any issues with your item, contact me preferably within 24-48 hours of receipt, as your happiness is most important to us. Failure to contact me within 48 hours may result in $1.00 dollar loss of value per day.
My item arrived damaged/broken. What now?
We strive our best to safely package your item so it may arrive in tip top shape. On rare occasions, things happen. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours. No exception!
Our job is to make you smile, but it is your responsibility to send us an email with a detailed explanation, clear pictures of the item, and relevant documents within 24 hours of receipt so we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I contact you outside of Etsy.com about my order?
