I love crochet!
I started crocheting in the fall of 2013 while I was pregnant with my second child. I started off crocheting cloth diapers once I seen my babies grandmother making cute ones. I started making so many things for everyone that I couldn't afford to so I decided to sell them as well. I want to make enough profit to stay home and raise my two boys(Ages 7 and 2) as a little added house income. My oldest son is deaf with speech and behavioral issues so my reasoning for trying to stay home is to get him everything he needs. This way I will also be able to raise my youngest and interact with him, something I didn't have a chance to do when my 7 year old was small.
Now I can make a wide variety of crochet items. I have made different hats, scarves, gloves, movie inspired accessories, dolls (amigurumi dolls), booties, slippers, hanging towels for the oven, decorations, ect. I mainly love making.... EVERYTHING! :)
I donate some of my projects to the school for Christmas every year now. I also let a small portion of my profit go to my kids' college funds.
I also sell in person and can sell my items on my Etsy store in person. I attend vendor/artisans shows as well.
