It can be longer processing time during peak shopping season too from fall to Christmas.

If you want a seasonal item to be displayed during that season, please order a month before the season starts. So if you want a fall sign order the beginning of August. I need to have time to make the item and the post office can be so very slow sometimes.

Larger orders might take a little bit longer depending on current processing time and life does happen to get in the way sometimes with unexpected emergencies.

****Shipping - I do my best to package your items for save delivery. In the event that there is damage during shipping please keep all packaging. I have been told that the post office will deny a claim if they can not inspect the packaging materials. You will need to process the claim on line. Once it leaves my possession I can not be responsible for mishandling of packages.

The tiered tray size blocks are made from pine and are 3/4" the larger blocks that say "chunky" are made from a 2x4. If you see a design on a thinner block and would like it in a more "chunky" style, just let me know ahead of time, and I'll see what we can do.

Most blocks are stained on back and sides and only painted on tops and then edges are distressed. They can be painted on the sides if requested. Generally the blocks are 5.5x5.5 but there are a few that are smaller. Size is listed in description. If you have any questions please ask I usually answering within 24 hrs.
