Yes.
A Commercial License is required if you use my clipart on items created for any type of commercial use.
For anyone interested in licensing artwork it's extremely important that you understand the TYPES OF COMMERCIAL LICENSES to avoid copyright violation.

Can I sell digital items with this clipart?
Sales of digital items created with PrintableHenry clipart is highly-restricted. Digital delivery of a product is allowed for items that have been specifically customized and delivered to one customer. You must note to the customer that the artwork if for their personal use only, and cannot be used on a commercial product, or resold in any form.
Digital downloads made with PrintableHenry artwork are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
PrintableHenry retains ownership and copyright.
Artwork created with Printablehenry can not be advertised or resold as files to be used on commercial products.
How are Add-on kits licensed?
A basic commercial license permits you to use the artwork from one (1) listing for up to 500 uses on physical items. A “use” is defined as when the artwork appears on a physical item. For example, if you used items from the The Custom Besties clipart kit to create a mug, that would count as one (1) use. However, if you used items from The Custom Besties kit and The Denim Legs kit to create the image for one mug, this would count as two (2) uses.
Add-on kits can be added-on to a basic commercial license, however these uses also count toward the 500 uses. An additional basic commercial license can be purchased to provide an additional 500 uses to a PrintableHenry kit and /or Add-on kits.
Basic Commercial License is not valid for POD sales.
What does an Extended license cover?
An Extended Commercial license permits unlimited use of the artwork from one (1) listing on physical items.
With this EXTENDED LICENSE, you may sell an unlimited number of PHYSICAL ITEMS that you create yourself. Each license covers clipart for ONE PrintableHenry clipart kit and the Add-On kits associated with that Custom kit.
Digital downloads of pre-made designs are not allowed.
The Extended License does not apply to POD sales.
What is a POD License?
If you work with print-on-demand partners (such as TeeInBlue, Customily, Corjl) or third-party apps that allow the customer to customize their product, a POD license is required.
Each listing requires its own license.
With a POD license, you may sell an unlimited number of products created with the clipart from ONE PrintableHenry clipart kit (listing) and the Add-On kits associated with the Custom kit. Digital sales are not allowed.
