When will my digital order arrive?
1.Instant downloads: Available immediately after payment processing.
2.Customizable Printables - non-instant download items such as monograms and name art.
Usually sent via Etsy convo within 1-2 business days (business hours are Monday thru Friday)
How does a jpeg file become art on my wall?
Once you download your high-resolution printable art JPEG file you can print it immediately from your home computer on photo paper — or regular paper even or with your preferred printing service - local or on-line.
Can I get PDF or EPS format of files?
No, only JPEG format files will be send, all in 300 DPI High resolution.
Can I cancell my order and return my money back?
No, I don't accept returns and cancellations. Please be sure You need the product before you order. All sales are final due to the nature of the digital items.
Do you accept paypal as payment method?
Yes, we accept PayPal payment !!!!

ZIP files info. How to unzip files?
Zip files are single files that contain one or more compressed files. I combine several JPEG files into a single zipped folder to more easily share a group of files.
1. To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it.
2. To open a zipped file on a PC, you can double or right-click to open it. Double-click or Right-click the zipped file to see its contents.
3. Drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All.
4. When you click Extract All, the files are unzipped in the same location as the original file unless you specify a different one.
How to download digital files from Etsy?
1. From your Etsy account: After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
2. From your e-mail: Etsy also sends you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
3. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
