Cette fille fait des chapeaux incroyables! Entièrement personnalisé ma commande et le résultat était génial! Le chapeau est parfait et j’ai déjà reçu tellement de compliments à ce sujet. Elle m’a tenu au courant pendant qu’elle créait le chapeau qui était rad aussi. Je l’ai envoyé avec quelques petites surprises qui en ont fait un achat merveilleux! I have ordered hundreds of times online from big markets like Amazon to small shops like here on Etsy but I have to say my purchase from Lindsay/Puff Puff Hats was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I ordered the hat and it was shipped the next day. The hat arrived just yesterday so I haven't gotten the chance to wear it much or show it to many people, but a friend visiting got a look at it and she absolutely loved it. So much in fact--she said she felt inspired to do some artwork of her own. The hat is pretty awesome--exactly as shown in the pictures. Opening up the box, I was surprised to see not only the hat, but a free PPH lighter, and a personal, handwritten note of thanks for my purchase. Overall, it was just a great buying experience and I will definitely purchase from here again! Thank you!
