How many characters can I have in one Label?
Some of our labels have character limits (100 characters) due to limited space on label. Please note that the more characters you have, the smaller the text will show in your labels, it may hard to read if you input too many characters.
Can I have two different names in one label sheet?
Yes, you can have two names for each order.
How to apply those labels?
Wipe the object surface clean and dry, peeling the label off its paper backing, placing the label on the object, start with one side and roll it to the other side. Squeegee in the middle and working with outward strikes. Squeeze out all air bubbles. This is especially important if you object surface is not flat and air bubbles will let your label peel off in a short time.
There is an error with the printing, what should I do?
We check all our labels prior to sending and minimize the probably of any error, but sometimes errors can occur. Please check your confirmation email first and check if you make a mistake in providing us with the wrong text. If it is our error, we will refund you or send you a new set of labels.
Can you regular labels be used on shoes or clothes?
No, our regular labels can't be used on shoes or clothes, you will need to purchase our iron on labels.
I did not receive my order?
If you did not receive your item 3 business days past your expected delivering date, please do not give as negative feedback. You can just contact us as soon as possible. We will either give you refund or send you a replacement. Sometimes it may take longer for items to be delivered during the holiday season.
When should I expect my order?
We normally ship you order within 2 business days. All orders will be mailed through Canada Post regular mail without tracking.
Estimated shipping times for Canada Post (Not including our processing time):
Canada: 3-10 business days
United States: 5-20 business days
Europe: 6-20 business days
About Sales Tax
We located in Canada and we collect GST or HST if the customer is located in Canada. We do not collect sales tax for customer outside of customer, however for some country such as Austalia and some states in USA (Washington, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma). Local law require ETSY to collect sales tax and those tax does not go through us.
