5 out of 5 starsOur ring is perfect and crafted better than expected. I can tell my fabric in the inlay of the ring and the engraving is beautifully done. I did need customer service and they were quickly responsive and so accommodating and even more kind! We struggled finding a company to do our ring and we couldn’t be more thankful for choosing this business because it was better than right choice! Highly recommend, please do not go anywhere else at all! This is where you should have your ring made. Hands down. Thanks you so very much.

I messaged the seller a few times with some questions and she was very attentive, quick to respond and super nice! I told her what I wanted in this ring and she absolutely nailed it! Highly recommend!!!!!

SIZING DETAILS
- Ring fits true to size.
- Comfort Fit rings have a convex round inner surface, so only a portion of the inside of the ring touches the skin. This helps to get through the knuckle easily and feel comfortable.
- Compared to a Flat-inside standard fit ring at the same width (Ex: 8mm comfort fit vs 8mm standard fit), Comfort Fit rings normally, but not always, run about a half size (1/2) larger than the FLAT old-fashion rings. It is the buyer's responsibility to decide the best size and ultimately the buyer's decision to which size to order. I do offer a "ring sizer request" service and suggest buyers be sized by at least 2 reputable jewelers as sizing varies from place to place, and ask to be sized specifically for COMFORT FIT rings.
EXCHANGE
Although our business provides custom rings only which cannot be returned or exchanged, we know that there may be some unexpected problems.
We can exchange your purchase for another item/size within 30 days from the date of the delivery date.
THE EXCHANGE FEE IS 50% OF THE ORDER VALUE.

WARRANTY
Each ring comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers chips or breaks. The warranty does not apply for lost or theft, size change, or normal wear and tear such as minor scratches. The warranty does not cover neglect, abuse wearing, or sabotage action such as wearing while sea diving, .... Though tungsten rings are the most durable and strong. Exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone...), dropping the rings, or collision with sharp objects may damage the inlaid materials and protective armor layer. The buyers pay a round-trip shipping cost. Warranty applies ONLY 1 time, on the original buyer, and DO NOT carry over replacement ring. NO Refund.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
* For UK customers:
- For eligible items under the £135 threshold, VAT will be seen and paid at checkout.
- For items over the £135 threshold, the import taxes or VAT will be paid at Customs and Border Control.
The rate may vary, please check the HMRC tax rate. Normally, the tax rate will be as same as the UK VAT rate (20%).
* For Europe customers:
- Order value less than 150 euros, Etsy will collect at the checkout.
