MY SHOP POLICIES:
Quality: All my items are handmade and as much as I try my best to replicate, they may not look exactly the same as pictured.

Colors: Due to the color variances on different screens, the colors in real life may not look exactly the same as shown on your device.

Shipping Flowers/Stems : All orders are shipped in flower boxes or something similar. I try my best to pack flowers and leaves so stems are straight but sometimes, in order to maximize space and keep shipping costs low, stems are bent. This does not affect the quality of the product and can be easily be straightened back to shape upon arrival. If you want your stems to not be bent specifically, please let me know.

Custom Orders: Free shipping guarantee does not apply to custom orders.

Shipping info: All orders are shipped with tracking info. Please take note that due to the influx of orders at the USPS, they do not scan each and every item. Therefore tracking will sometimes show that your package is “pre-transit” even though they have been received at the post office. They might even be out for delivery. Rest assured I am working hard and trying my best to get your orders out as soon as I am able. However, once I drop off orders at the post office, I am no longer responsible for it.

They will go perfectly with my decor theme for my 70th birthday. The quality and the service from the seller exceeded the expectation I had.
