DELAYED & LOST PACKAGES:
Please understand sellers have no control over packages once they are in the hands of the shipping service. Delays and other issues are exceedingly rare. Issues related to COVID-19 and heavy shipping times such as during holidays may affect shipping times.

If your package never arrives, please contact me and I can provide the information needed to start a claim through the USPS. As the recipient of the package you may be required by USPS policies to open the claim. I am here to help facilitate whatever process is required to make that claim through USPS, and to refund your purchase or send you a replacement once the claim has been processed.
