The best way to measure your head is to go across your forehead and just above your ears. You want to measure around the largest part of the head.

I accept returns. Please contact me before sending an item back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 50% restocking fee for returns on custom made items. There is a 25% restocking fee for costume items purchased during September and October and returned after Halloween. Refunds will be issued to the account which made the purchase.

I am currently only shipping to the US. Please contact me about the possibility of shipping elsewhere. It is the buyer's responsibility to find out about any fees, import taxes, or regulations regarding importing (this especially applies to feathers). I do not know the laws or import fees for each county and can't be held responsible for policies set by your government.

Once an item ships, USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail usually takes two to five days to arrive. International shipping varies by destination, with shipments to some counties taking two to three weeks to arrive. Sometimes packages are held at local post offices and customers must pick them up in person and pay an import tax. This varies by country. Sometimes your post office notifies you and sometimes they don't. It is a good idea to track the package yourself. I have no control over this and can't help if your post office holds your package or charges a fee.

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include insurance. I am not responsible for lost packages once they have been accepted by the US Postal Service.
