Shipping
I package all my pieces into a gift bag, beautifully wrapped for you. Every package is sent by certified mail within 48 hours after receiving the payment.
DELIVERY TIME:
*All packages sent to SPAIN should arrive 3-6 days after receiving the payment, depending on where you live.
*All packages sent to EUROPE please allow 5-10 days to arrive at your destination after receiving the payment.
*All packages sent to USA and EVERYWHERE ELSE should arrive at your destination 6-15 days after receiving the payment.
I ship ALL packages via CORREOS (The Spanish Mailing Service) using The Certified Mail option. When I ship your package I will provide a tracking number so you can follow your purchase through the mail.
If you want your package sent to a different address other than the one provided with your Etsy and Paypal accounts please give me any changes in the "Note to Seller" when completing your purchase.

INSTRUCTIONS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PIECES:
Each of my beaded pieces is made stitching seed beads over a woven core, and combined with other materials like metal complements or Swarovski beads. I take special care in making my pieces so they may be worn as often you like. Due to some bead coatings I highly recommend you not to apply directly any perfumes, make-up, hairspray, etc... as these substances could alter the color and surface of the beads.
As with any other piece of jewelry, too much direct or indirect light or sun can fade the colors away so, I highly recommend that you store your pieces in a dark place in the bag it is sent in.
In case you would like to clean and polish your piece I highly recommend that you use a small polishing cloth, or a little soft brush to gently take away any dust deposited.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you like a particular piece, but would like to change something like the color, the length of the chain...
I can also make something original and special just for you if you have a special design in mind, please contact me if so.
