Custom and personalized orders
Can I cancel or refund a custom order?
A custom or personalized order can be cancelled or refunded up to the time when a proof is made. Once a proof is made and has been emailed to the customer, the order cannot be refunded or cancelled as the product has already been worked on. I am always happy to coordinate shipping options should that be an issue. Turn around times are always clearly noted in the listing and rush options are available.

Once you purchase the etsy listing for the custom item, please note the customization in the notes to seller, customization box during check out or via direct message. I will draft a proof and provide up to 2 additional versions, if needed. Generally once the customer has responded I return edits or print within 24 hrs.
