So, who am I ?
Ich bin Caroline und die One-Woman-Show hinter meinen beiden Etsy-Shops Two North und Scape. Ich wurde Anfang der 2000er Jahre von einem befreundeten Goldschmied ausgebildet und war von Anfang an begeistert. Zuvor hatte ich zunächst eine Ausbildung im Bühnenmanagement absolviert und dort gearbeitet, um dann schließlich in verschiedenen Funktionen im Gesundheitswesen zu arbeiten. Aber sobald ich die Werkzeuge in die Hand nahm, wusste ich, dass Schmuck meine Berufung ist. Seitdem ich 2009 Etsy gefunden und 2010 meinen ersten Shop, Scape, eröffnet habe, habe ich nie zurückgeschaut. Ich liebe absolut, was ich tue.
Ich fülle diesen Laden wieder auf, nachdem er viele Jahre lang brach gelegen hat. Meine Absicht ist es, meine auf Bestellung gefertigten Ringe, Halsketten und Ohrringe hier zu verkaufen, dann werde ich anfangen, Scape mit meinen Einzelstücken zu füllen ...
Und schließlich habe ich diesen Laden Two North nach meinem Zuhause, 2 North Cottage, benannt. Es bedeutet mir einfach sehr viel :)
I'm Caroline and I am the one woman show behind both my Etsy shops, Two North and Scape. I was trained in the early 2000s by a goldsmith friend and was hooked from the start. Prior to this I had originally trained and worked in stage management, then eventually found myself working in various healthcare roles. But as soon as I picked up the tools I knew jewellery was my calling. Since finding Etsy in 2009 and opening my first shop, Scape, in 2010, I've never looked back. I absolutely love what I do.
I am restocking this shop after many years of having it lying dormant. My intention is to sell my made to order rings, necklaces and earrings here, then I will start filling up Scape with my one-off pieces...
And Finally - I named this shop Two North after my home, 2 North Cottage. It just means a lot to me :)
