Scribblers Crayons® entstand, als mein Sohn in der ersten Klasse war und davon besessen war, mit seinem Crayola-Buntstiftmacher Buntstifte herzustellen. Er wollte für jeden eins machen. Zu der Zeit erholte ich mich gerade von einer größeren Operation und war ans Haus gefesselt. Es war mir langweilig, mit ihm Buntstifte zu machen, und ich holte eine Pfanne heraus, um ihm zu zeigen, wie man im Ofen bunte Buntstifte herstellt. Ich war sofort begeistert und besorgte mir ein paar Pfannen in verschiedenen Formen. Es hat uns Spaß gemacht, diese zu machen. Dann noch mehr Formen und ich musste mehr Buntstifte kaufen. Ich habe diese Buntstifte ständig hergestellt, selbst als mein Sohn in der Schule war. Schließlich sagte mir mein Mann, ich müsse entweder aufhören oder etwas gegen all diese Buntstifte unternehmen. So begann mein Etsy-Shop.
Scribblers Crayons® came about when my son was in first grade and was obsessed with making crayons with his Crayola crayon maker. He wanted to make one for everyone. At the time I was recovering from a major surgery and was housebound. I was bored of making stick crayons with him and took out a pan to show him how to make multi-colored ones in the oven. I immediately became obsessed and got a bunch of pans in different shapes. We had fun making those. Then more molds and I had to buy more crayons. I was constantly making these crayons even when my son was in school. Finally my husband told me I had to either stop or do something about all these crayons. This is how my etsy store began.
