When will I my order ship?

How can I track my package?
First, refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking information. For registered Etsy users, you can also log into Etsy to view for your tracking number. Orders shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) can be tracked at USPS.com. Orders shipped via United Postal Service (UPS) can be tracked at UPS.com. We highly recommend signing up for tracking alerts for the most update to date tracking information directly from the shipping provider.
Can I change the shipping address on my orders?
Regretfully, we are NOT able to accommodate address changes or add/change the candle(s) in an existing order. We must cancel your order and you must place a new order. Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of your candle(s) once an order is cancelled. Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order confirmation.
I need my for Christmas, will it arrive in time?

My package is shown as delivered but I can’t find it, can you help?

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we’re at the mercy of our shippers just like you. Can I personalize my candle?

I can’t find my dog breed or city listed. Can you create a candle for me?
We have the ability to create candles with custom artwork for quantities over 64 candles of a single size/design. If you are a retailer or planning a wedding/special event, we'd love to speak to you about your vision.
Can I change the fragrance of a candle?
Each candle is designed to tell a story through fragrance; thus, we are not able to change the fragrances of candles. We do not offer unscented candles at this time.
What does the candle smell like?
Each candle has unique fragrance notes that are listed within the details of the description. Candle fragrance notes are not listed on our packaging.

CANDLE SAFETY
Candles should NEVER be left unattended. Burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drapes and other flammable materials. Keep away from children and pets and do not touch the hot wax. Use caution. Scripted Fragrance will not be held responsible for user misuse and negligence.
Soy Wax Facts
We recommend a burn time of 2-3 hours to prevent the glass jar from overheating or wax from “tunneling.” Wax has a memory, please be sure to allow the wax to melt to the edge each time you light. Limit the burning time to prevent overheating the glass. Due to the characteristics of 100% natural soy wax, variations in color, texture and "pulling" are to be expected and do not affect the burn of your candle.
Wick Care
Trim your wicks. Untrimmed wicks can lead to flickering, smoke, and soot. We recommend keeping wick at 1/4″. A wick trimmer is the best way to trim the wick.
