1 out of 5 starsThis item arrived completely soaked in oil. When oil was wiped off don’t could be used it turned into a pile of rust in one day. This is one of the worst items I’ve purchased in years. Stay away.

Authentic carbon steel requires proper maintenance, which is why a protective oil is applied and explicit care instructions are included in every package. This is actually the very first complaint of this nature we have received. Washing these items with water or storing them without re-oiling causes rapid surface oxidation (flash rust). This is a natural characteristic of high-quality steel, not a manufacturing defect. Please check the care guide included with your order for instructions on how to easily restore and maintain your set."

To clarify, your parcel was shipped out promptly via FedEx, but unfortunately, the carrier misplaced the package during transit. When you reached out, I immediately offered to craft and ship a brand-new set, but completely respected your preference for a full refund, which was issued right away. While I cannot control courier errors, I always ensure my customers are not left out of pocket. I wish you the best

1 out of 5 starsBuyer beware. Very disappointed in the quality of these. The serrated knife came in with burrs on the blade making it unusable. Metal shards will come off while cutting. Product also shipped from a much different location than the shop says it’s from. Shop owner did allow me to return, but it took some time to work that out. Very disappointed and really wanted to use these knives that took longer than expected to arrive.

The price is unbelievable as well! Too good to be true, anyone that knows about Damascus anything knows they are extremely expensive because of the quality and time put into blacksmithing them! The case is real leather and suede inside! Just as described! The seller sent the items fast and they were packaged extremely well and oiled! Thank you so very much! My boyfriend will love these!! Buy with confidence!!!
