How can I contact you?
There are a couple of ways. If you have any questions or concerns you can drop me a message on Etsy, this is often easier as then there is a record of conversation which protects you if you want to make any changes or alterations.
If you are not sure how to use an item or have more general questions you can also Text or Call us on 470-399-1953 between 12-8pm EST. Texting often gets a quicker response as we are often in the Shop Kitchen making products so are not always able to answer phone.
How will my item ship?
If you only purchase one or two small items we tend to ship USPS first class tracked mail. For larger orders we ship USPS Priority mail and may also use FEDEX for large orders or wholesale.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We often use PCR (Post consumer resin) bottles / tubs. Sometimes we use recyclable PET containers or glass. Most products show how they are packaged in the listings. We have recently moved away from glass where possible due to concern for customers taking glass bottles into bathrooms - we all have that moment of fear when glass hits tile.
As for shipping packaging typically our items are well protected, often wrapped in recycled bubble wrap, recycled kraft paper shred, boxed in kraft boxes and then put in either a recycled poly mailer, USPS envelope or recycled kraft box.
How much does it cost to ship?
USPS Postage rates are rather a pain to calculate. With this in mind we decided to keep it simple and display our rates clearly in each listing. We also offer FREE shipping on all non-wholesale orders over $75.
Custom and personalized orders
We can but more often than not the shipping is so expensive it is prohibitive to buyers. If you are interested in getting a quote feel free to reach out to me on Etsy with the items you are interested in, your city, zip / post code and country you reside.
If my order qualifies for free shipping can I ship it to multiple addresses at no extra cost?
Sadly not as it is just not financially feasible. Free shipping is offered per individual order. For example, if you order with a value of $75 that covers the shipping to one address. If you order over $150 then we will of course allow you to split the order to ship to up to two different addresses.
