We use only top-quality precious metals sourced from the most reputable US providers. All precious metals we work with are certified for 100% recycled content. Ring Resizing
PLAIN GOLD & SILVER BANDS:
We offer a one-time free ring resizing of up to 1/2 US size difference. Contact us within two weeks after delivery to get your ring resized for free. We can still resize your ring any time afterward for a small fee.
PERSONALIZED GOLD & SILVER BANDS:
Please get in touch so we can determine if resizing is possible and what it would cost.
TUNGSTEN
We offer a one-time free exchange on plain, non-personalized Tungsten bands. Engraved bands cannot be returned or exchanged.
RESIZING IS NOT POSSIBLE ON:
- Rings with stones and/or ceramic inlay
- Rings with engraved designs on either side
Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise indicated on a product page, we accept a one-time return or exchange on plain non-personalized bands within 14 days of delivery.
– Rings must be in their original condition and packaging - new, unworn, without any dents or scratches
– The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
– For small differences in ring size, we would resize your original ring
– For large differences in size or other changes, we would make you a new ring and either refund or charge for the difference accordingly
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on:
– Personalized Rings, Resized Rings, Rings with Stones or Ceramic Inlay
– Products designated with "CUSTOM Item" in the title or description
– Shipping, Resizing, or Rush production service fees
Return / Exchange Process for Gold and Silver Rings
We make every gold and silver ring from scratch, especially for the customer who purchases it. We don't simply resell an inventory of retail products that are easy to exchange. Exchanging a Made-to-Order ring is uncommon, as there is no inventory of ring bands in every possible combination of style, dimensions, gold color, gold karat, and ring size. When you request an exchange, we would need to make a brand-new ring from scratch for you. We would need the same production timeframe as on your original order (usually 1-2 weeks). We would readily accept a return or exchange request when needed, but we kindly ask you to carefully consider the style and size you choose to avoid and limit potential returns and exchanges if possible. We size our rings very precisely by the US standard. Please check our ring guide linked below for complete information on every size and lots of sizing tips. The guide also offers a 1:1 review of standard band dimensions and tips on how to visually estimate width and thickness.

Standard Production Times
We make each ring from scratch after it is ordered and our standard production time for simple gold and silver bands is 1-3 weeks. You can find the estimated delivery date on each product page, in your shopping cart, or on your receipt. Please note the delivery date displayed on product pages is just an estimate based on "ideal" shipping timeframes provided by USPS. USPS's performance and delivery times are beyond our control. The DELIVERY dates shown by Etsy are just estimated, and not guaranteed.
Rush Production Times
A Rush Production Time Upgrade is possible for some of our items and it may be more cost and time efficient than Express shipping alone. If you don't see a Rush Order Upgrade link directly in the description of your desired item, please don't hesitate to contact us for details.
