This purchase was a second ring (1mm) for a different finger. The seller was really helpful and patient with me figuring out my size--I was thankful for the clear and helpful communication, with pictures. Being able to ask for quarter sizes and even in between quarter sizes is so helpful, thank you. And the ring is again perfect!

Are your rings solid and made of high-quality precious metals?
Yes. All of our rings are made of solid 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, .925 sterling silver, or platinum. We never make or sell hollow, gold-filled, gold-plated, vermeil, or otherwise value-reduced rings.
We use premium gold, silver, and platinum alloys from trusted US precious-metal suppliers. We choose our materials for quality, consistency, and lasting value, not for reduced production costs.
Can I order a custom band?
Yes. We are a real jewelry studio, not a shop limited to ready-made, mass-produced inventory. This is an important difference: because we have complete control over the design and production process, we can customize details, use different production methods, and create unique pieces specifically for you.
Many online jewelry shops can only offer the styles, sizes, and options they already have available. As a working jewelry studio, we have much more flexibility and are happy to discuss what may be possible for your custom band.
Are comfort-fit bands more comfortable?
Not always. Comfort depends on the ring’s width, purpose, and the shape of your finger, which is why we offer both regular-fit and comfort-fit styles.
Regular-fit bands have a flatter inside surface, giving them more even contact with the finger. This can make them feel secure without needing to fit too tightly, though they may be a little harder to slide over larger knuckles.
Comfort-fit bands have a rounded inside surface, so they slide on and off more easily. However, because they make less contact with the finger, they may need to fit slightly tighter to feel secure, which is not always more comfortable.
Can I add custom engraving to a ring?
Yes, most of our rings can be personalized with engraving. We offer two engraving methods: Deep Laser and Scribe engraving.
In addition to our standard engraving styles, we may be able to engrave custom text in different languages, custom fonts, or custom graphics provided by you for an additional fee. Can I get my ring sooner?
Yes, production for many ring styles can be upgraded to Rush Production for an additional fee. We also offer USPS Express shipping.
In many cases, upgrading to Rush Production may be more cost and time efficient than choosing Express shipping alone.

Can I resize my gold, silver, or platinum band?
Yes, most of our band styles can be resized. We offer a one-time complimentary ring resizing of up to 1/2 US size. To qualify for free resizing, please contact us and send your ring back within 2 weeks after delivery.
We may also be able to resize your band at a later time for our standard resizing fee.
Personalized bands with engraving may not be resizable, or they may require an additional fee to remove and reapply the engraving.
Rings with stones, ceramic inlay, tungsten rings, or rings engraved on both sides cannot be resized.
I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?
Yes. Orders for standard rings can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
Orders for non-returnable items may also be canceled within 24 hours, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. After that period, the order will be considered final.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept a one-time return on most plain, non-personalized gold or tungsten bands within 14 days of delivery. Please check the item description to confirm whether returns are accepted for your specific ring style.
A 15% fee will be deducted from the refund for any returned ring. Shipping, resizing, and rush production fees are non-refundable.
Rings must be returned in their original, new condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted for rings with personalization, rings designated as “CUSTOM Item” in the title or description, resized rings, rings with stones, or rings with ceramic inlay.
